My style is a hybridised coaching/mentoring approach. Currently I coach leadership and experts/SMEs to expand enterprise value.

I currently work with a group of engineering third year students at Mysore Engineering College helping them prepare for the working world. They tend to tell me what’s on their mind which has covered fear of networking to interview skills and everything inbetween. My style is to give them the tools and inspire them to use them actively then we discuss outcomes, success and failure. Actually mostly they inspire me :). I encourage them to discuss all the topics we cover amongst themselves and share experiences and lessons learnt. The importance of soft (power) skills has never been higher as AI becomes a part of life which they need to embrace with healthy scepticism.
