Life coaching is delivered through convenient online / virtual coaching sessions. As a coach, listening is one of the key skills I have, along with empathy, ability to ask open ended, non judgemental and non directive questioning and application of unconditional positive regard are a few skills that must be in place to allow individuals to explore their situation and find their solutions. I am also good at contracting to manage expectations including confidentiality and safeguarding.
