Nutrition Coaching. I believe everyone deserves access to knowledge about how they can improve their diets and health!

I am a recent graduate of Nutritional Sciences from King's College London and have gained the title of ANutr, and have previously worked with participants from the general public on a clinical trial, where it was my duty to help educate them. I believe the best way to teach is interactively, to hear out all their questions and concerns and end the lesson with lots of references/media they can use to refer to more information.
