I am a Life Coach, working with young people from Year 7 upwards, and adults who want to focus on personal development

Do you struggle with confidence in your life and how to be yourself? Feel like you encounter obstacles at every turn? Know you need change but don't know how or where to start? Coaching can mean many different things. When based in psychology, it's ultimately about you. Who you are - your experiences and the many parts of your personality. Understanding these - and bringing them all together - can bring a sense of renewed direction, clarity and more depth to your relationships, whether it's one that's personal, professional or most importantly, with yourself. I am a Psychosynthesis Coach. Psychosynthesis is a holistic psychology that focuses on who we are, and who we can be. It's focus is self awareness, authenticity, meaning, purpose and values.
