Business Teacher of over 30 years teaching 14 to 18

I have over 30 years teaching business at GCSE, BTEC and A Level. Over the last 5 years over 80% of my Post 16 students have gone onto Uni. My approach is about building confidence in the subject initially and then focusing on getting top grades in the exam
