I am to provide practical evidenced based nutrition advice and support for those requiring weight management or nutrition support guidance by offering achievable SMART goals. I also have experience in menu planning for weight loss, weight gain and different dietary requirements to help meet their desired goals. I have 2.5 years experience as an acute dietitian based in a large teaching hospital in London, and another 2.5 years as a food service dietitian developing hospital menus for patients in both an acute and mental health setting. As a Nutrition Coach, I aim to transfer the skills I have developed in my years of dietetics to support and work with individuals based on the specific desires, clinical and environmental factors, whilst making sure realistic goals and expectations are also met
