My skills are in psychology and mental health. I have experience supporting young people and adults with mental health disorders and have a passion to help others gain confidence, achieve their goals and create action plans.
I really enjoy working one to one and am very person centred in my approach. I am empathetic, calm and adapt a non-judgemental approach. I can build positive and trusting relationships with students and can help build resilience. I can support young people with their personal development and get them to participate in activities they enjoy.
I have experience encouraging people who lack confidence or motivation and help them identify their strengths and areas for improvement. I can provide emotional and practical support.
