I am a glass half full kind of gal, with a winning smile which puts people at ease.

I am a trained Counsellor and also have had over 30 years' experience of coaching people during my career at the John Lewis Partnership. I have an empathetic approach, which means I am not judgemental and I am a good listener. I believe in helping people to help themselves and believe the importance in self agency. I can be trusted to keep a confidence, but should an issue arise that led me to believe an individual was a danger to themselves and/or others, I would be up front and honest about the action I would need to take to ensure their safety and the safety of others. Building a relationship of trust and confidence would be key.
