Giving lessons and guidance based on the students needs and weaknesses

I am a bachelor's student in molecular biodesign as well as an academic mentor for students so I am familiar with students challenges and needs when it comes to studying especially in regards to biology. I will break down topics to more manageable subtopics and cover them from foundation to detail in order to establish a solid understanding of the topic. I will also give tasks and tips on what to do outside the tutoring sessions in order to retain the information covered and prepare for an exam. Lastly I would like to say that each student will not succeed with the same tutoring method and it requires the tutor to know the student and identify their weaknesses and strength in order to help them as efficiently as possible
