My name is surabhi. I'm 20 and studying psychology. Ever since Year 7 biology has always been my favourite subject. There were times when I did get stuck, as with any student, and sometimes school would go too fast for me but asking for help with topics I was stuck on and working on my revision technique was really what made me achieve my academic goals at the end of GCSEs and A level. So as a tutor I want to help students realise even if they think it is not possible to attain a certain grade or develop their skills to the level they would like, with the right determination and direction it is.As a tutor, I will focus more on addressing the concern my student has on a topic than blindly just teaching it. Keeping it neat and simple to me, is the best way to understand key topics and I hope this will help students as well. I will have well structured PowerPoints that balance content as well as regular exam practice!
