An experienced and inspiring mentor and coach, with 20 years of leadership, teaching and mentoring experience

Building on my social science and therapy background, I apply a holistic approach to each individual, according to their behavioural and learning styles, their challenges and their motivators. I have successfully supported both young people and adults from all over the world and in a range of settings. From lecturing in a UK university, to running an international school in London, to teaching English in Thailand, I bring a warm, compassionate, motivating style, yet with clear expectations and boundaries. I have built and ran a number of businesses and lead multinational teams. As well as being a qualified Mentor and coach, I am also a safeguarding lead and trained in anxiety management and wellness techniques.
