I am an empathetic mentor who likes to help students who are struggling with aspects of their neurodiversity

My sessions are carried out in a private.,quiet, unterrupted environment so the client can feel completely comfortable and supported. I listen and look at ways we can work with their neurodiversities, and coping mechanisms that can be put in place. This can range from looking at social isolation to social exhaustion to overwhelm to masking to time management, and organisation. Every client is different, so I tailor the sessions personally to the client and their needs. I try to make the meetings informal and relaxed so that the student can feel calm and listened to. I have also been diagnosed with neurodiversities, and have also recently completed university studies, so can empathise with many of the situations that clients may face.
