I bring a background in healthcare, leadership, and business education, currently completing my MBA. I have experience mentoring young adults and professionals in confidence-building, structured thinking, goal setting, and performance under pressure. My approach is practical, structured, and supportive. I begin by understanding each student’s personality, strengths, and challenges. From there, we create a clear plan focused on building confidence, discipline, and independent thinking. In mindset mentoring, I teach students how to manage stress, overcome self-doubt, improve focus, and develop emotional resilience. In business and life skills mentoring, I introduce goal-setting frameworks, decision-making tools, communication skills, and basic entrepreneurial thinking adapted to their age. Sessions are interactive and discussion-based, not lecture-style. I encourage reflection, critical thinking, and real-life application. My aim is to help students become self-aware, confident, and capable — not just academically successful, but equipped for life.
