I began studying mathematics in my mid 20s after leaving school at 16 years old. I understand how to overcome subject issues

I taught maths for 22 years, the first 13 in school and the last 9 at university. My experience and subject knowledge is both wide and deep. I have had exam marking experience at GCSE and 'A' level and have also taught many students privately at a variety of levels, including mature students. I have an active interest in the use of mathematical software to help visualise mathematics for students and will tailor lessons to suit the needs and levels of any student.
