Experienced Physics tutor, teacher and examiner, 19 years of helping students to succeed, AQA/ Edexcel examiner, A Level and GCSE Physics expert, plus GCSE Astronomy. My class last year - 50% of them achieved A or A. Summer booster sessions available

Studying Physics? Could you/your child use a confidence boost? I’ve been teaching A level and GCSE Physics for nearly 20 years, and GCSE astronomy for 6. I have helped a great many students to improve their grades. I am known as a friendly and warm tutor (and teacher) who can really build confidence. GCSE students typically need certain grades to get onto their desired A level courses. Sometimes it makes sense to get extra help in Year 10 rather than waiting for Year 11. For A Level, Year 12 is a surprisingly important year for students to get good grades – because their grades help to set their UCAS prediction, which affects which unis they can apply to. As a Head of Physics, an exam board examiner, and a serving teacher I know the qualifications as well as anyone. Because I have taught so many students, I am comfortable with any ability level and any individual needs that may need to be met. Whether you are aiming for an A* or a D I can help.
