I have an BSc (Hons) Psychology degree, two post-graduate diplomas in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology. I am a qualified and fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Acceptance and Commitment Therapist and Chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist. I am registered with the HCPC, BABCP and BPS. I have experience delivering psychology workshops to adolescents aged 11yrs - 18yrs, as well as adults, and also have experience delivering lectures to undergraduate university students.
