16 year old tutor teaching Aqa Gcse english literature aiming Grade 8-9

specialise in helping students develop perceptive analysis, confident essay structure, and precise use of quotations, particularly for texts such as Macbeth, An Inspector Calls, Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, and unseen poetry. I focus on turning good ideas into high-level answers by teaching students how to link language, structure, and context directly to the question—skills essential for grades 8 and 9. As a tutor, I am patient, organised, and supportive. I understand the pressures of GCSEs and tailor my lessons to each student’s strengths and weaknesses, whether that is improving AO2 analysis, learning how to plan essays efficiently, or building confidence in timed exam conditions. I also share clear revision strategies and model high-level responses so students understand exactly how to improve. Being close in age allows me to explain complex ideas in a clear, relatable way, while also motivating students by showing that top grades are achievable with the right approach. I am committed, reliable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping students reach their full potential in English Literature.
