Experienced Maths Tutor providing lessons to pupils of all ages

I have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen Mary University of London. I have 2 years of experience tutoring students in person and online. My specialty is within the subject of Maths and Science. I have taught GCSE Maths, A-level Maths, A-level Physics, GCSE Science, and KS2 and KS3 science subjects respectively. I can teach Maths and Physics up to A levels. Additionally, I have taught GCSE level further maths and A level further maths. I also spent 2 years working in a sixth-form college and a grammar school which has further developed my interpersonal skills to deliver lessons to an excellent standard. My lessons revolve around teaching concepts with the help of intuitive real-world examples to support student learning. At every stage, I integrate relevant practice questions to help students gain mastery. Often some questions are challenging so that the student can develop their problem-solving skills. I like to focus on strengths and weaknesses to ensure students' development while being adaptable. I always try to clearly define the goals and come up with a clear plan. My lessons cover extensive exam-style questions which further prepare the students. Supplementing the knowledge is significant therefore I assign weekly homework and then I provide feedback. I have a friendly personality and you can ask me any academic questions during my lessons.
