Advert description
As a Yoga therapist & Instructor, I invariably thrive to aid kids, adults, seniors,
beginners or professionals in treating their common diseases or injuries (for
example: Musculoskeletal injuries, headaches, lower back pains,
sightedness, etc.), enlightening them with guided meditation, providing
essential, safe & structured yoga practices, hands-on clear alignments &
adjustment ensuring benefits of awareness, peace, and balance.
Whether a minor or major change, my primary goal is just not about giving
any advice/information but only the information that will make the biggest
difference in your life and make you feel worth your time.
