I’ve been doing yoga with Hitesh three times a week, and I’ve really enjoyed every session. He is calm, patient and explains everything clearly. He always reminds us when to inhale and exhale, which has really helped me improve my breathing and get more out of each pose. The classes are well paced, so I never feel rushed, and he makes sure everyone is comfortable and practising safely. I feel more flexible, relaxed and stronger since I started. Hitesh is friendly, encouraging and always happy to answer questions or offer help if you’re struggling with a pose. Every session leaves me feeling refreshed and positive. I genuinely look forward to my classes each week and would happily recommend Hitesh to anyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or have been practising yoga for a while. He’s a great teacher who makes yoga enjoyable and easy to follow.
