English, Maths and Religious Studies Teacher to Primary age

I am an experienced Primary school teacher for over 7 years, now looking to work from home with flexible hours. Teaching is my passion beyond profession. I have recently left my school post but still continue with my evening part time tutoring job. I have great expertise in teaching children of primary age, and have a good sense of rapport with children of low ability/those with less confidence, enabling them to grow in their learning journey in a calm and steady environment where their growth and success is celebrated. Lastly, I am a firm believer in teaching from the heart and not from the textbook; therefore, my lessons are always centred around individual leaner needs and not a standardised lesson approach. I look forward to beginning this wonderful journey with your child. Thank you. Miss Akhtar.
