I teach with passion and genuine care for the learenrs development. The learners achieving postive outcome createe postive learning environment and then each day you build on this in small scaffolding steps. Each learner should have clear assessment instruction and sometime these can be blurred or not tailored for the learners specific learning style. Which can result in the learners responding in a negative response. Postive reinforcement, breaking down learning barriers and finding multiple tools of learning either, visual, through building or creating, labeling and writing there is so many methods to support learning g progression.
