Business modules including: Basic math, Basic accounting and basic Finance

I hold a Master's degree in Science in Management and I obtained professional recognition as a HEA fellow (FHEA) and I obtained my teaching qualification (PGCert) at University of London on May 23. My undergraduate and post graduate studies will allow me to teach business related topics, basic math, and basic accounting and finance. I have experience teaching face to face and online for three years and a half. I am teaching currently in private higher education college which mainly recruit mature learner who they need special treatment similar to early stage pupils as they have language barriers, poor academic background. Some main tasks in my current role are as follow: 1. Giving guidance and pastoral support, monitoring academic progress and encouraging good discipline of students in the tutoring group. 2. Assist in the delivery of the Induction Programme in conjunction with other tutors/specialists, mark and submit the completed induction pack with the assessment records on time 3. Maintaining regular contact with each student (via phone, skype, face-to-face, email 4. Provide appropriate tutorial support to include one-to-one reviews in which students are encouraged to be active, self- directed learners and to build up a Personal Development Plan. 5. Encourage career development by disseminating information and referring students to the Careers Service as necessary; 6. Providing the proper pastoral support to the students and then sending the information to the awarding body (partnership university) in case there is further action needed to be taken.
