Spanish tutor teaches all of ages

I am motivated Primary School Teacher here in UK, philosopher and Peruvian citizen with more than 20 years of experience in Education. I awarded two master’s degree about psychology of education and curriculum. I have the experience and required skills to adapt to and face challenges in differing situations. The needs in education are similar all over the world but in different contexts. I believe that teaching is the most rewarding thing you can do, because you can be creative, innovative and self-sufficient at work every day and I will be happy to share my knowledge of the Hispanic and Latin American Spanish languages. I believe that teaching a language is mainly a mechanism of communication, understanding, tolerance and respect between cultures and a democratic and useful tool. According to a British Council report published in 2017, Spanish is the most important language for the future and one of the three most widely spoken languages in the world. I believe in motivating pupils through offering an interactive learning experience and engaging them in a variety of ways to make subjects more interesting. I am passionate about making education enjoyable and fun and I feel that this passion shows in the way I teach. I combine creativity and innovation with empathy and flexibility in my teaching strategies. My school experience includes working with children from six to 16 years old. I worked for more than 15 years in primary schools in Peru. It is worth mentioning the role of pupil motivation and prior knowledge in creating a favourable environment for the deployment of the student's cognitive processes. I have attitude of respect, appreciation and tolerance towards cultural and thought diversity.
