Advert description
Hi, I have extensive experience working with both international and home students who want to develop their academic writing and/or academic language skills. For example, you may be studying in the U.K. or overseas but are having difficulty organising your ideas, writing effective paragraphs, using academic style, referencing correctly or using critical analysis. If so, these are areas I can help you with and my experience relates to both undergraduate and post-graduate students, so I can work with you on essays, reports or dissertations.
Regarding qualifications, I have a Cambridge DELTA and an M.A. in Applied Linguistics, as well as over 20 years' experience teaching in the U.K. and overseas.

Neil helped me in my university work, specifically for academic writing which can be difficult. He used lots of examples and talked me through what I needed to do. He also checked through my work for errors before submitting it. He is a very good English teacher.
