Fun and friendly yoga teacher for all levels

I'm a yoga teacher from the UK, providing classes in Hatha and Vinyasa. I like to focus on correct alignment and technique, offering detailed verbal (and visual) instruction to my pupils. I try to create fun, engaging sequences which are suitable for practitioners of all levels. I received my 200-hour Yoga teacher certification in Hatha & Ashtanga from the Devvrat Yoga School in Varkala, India, in January 2023. Since then, I have taught over 100 classes to a wide range of students across England, India, and Thailand. For more stretch-focused classes, I tend to work a lot on the hips and hamstrings, and have taught many students who struggle with flexibility in these areas. For stronger classes, I cover several poses designed to improve core, upper-body, and leg strength. I always adapt my classes to make them suitable for my students. Aside from Asana (physical practice), I also provide some Pranayama (breathing) and Savasana (relaxation) during my classes. I take care to emphasise safe practice in a welcoming and jovial atmosphere.
