ContactI am a Hatha Yoga teacher with over ten years experience of teaching mostly adults but my classes have covered all ages.
Advert description
I like to find what suits the individual so that they can then enjoy gaining an understanding of what yoga has to offer. I’ll give verbal cues but also I like to demonstrate postures so we can work together.
