I have mentored junior developers, at my workplace, helping them bridge the gap between academic theory and industry. Focus was on 'mindset shifts' to help juniors meet productivity and company ethic demands. I've also, recently, been offered a part-time role teaching IT to women who have some experience in the industry. My aim would be to help students through their academic journeys as well as prepare them for life beyond university.
