As an online leadership coach for students, I would describe myself as an empowering mentor committed to helping learners unlock their potential to succeed. My interactive lessons would aim to equip students with the mindsets, qualities, and capabilities

As an experienced education leader and coach with over 20 years enhancing outcomes in the sector, I possess the proven skills and methodologies to deliver truly engaging and impactful leadership lessons. My core instructional approach is facilitating active, blended learning driven by real-world application. Each session would have clear objectives and be focused on the individual/group. I would incorporate vibrant media, prompts, and activities to cement understanding. Following this foundation, I guide students to apply these learnings through activities like scenario analyses, journal reflections, peer discussions and stretching experiential challenges tailored to stretch their abilities. I interweave my industry knowledge into these activities, sharing relatable stories and impactful examples that resonate. Throughout these lessons, I serve as an attentive mentor - providing tips, feedback and encouragement to empower learners. I take pride in cultivating positive relationships where students feel comfortable taking risks and unveiling their potential. In terms of online delivery, I leverage tools like YouTube, Kahoot, video conferencing, and chat functions to foster an engaging virtual environment. Having created frameworks, portals and resources for blended training models, I understand how to drive active participation and collaboration despite physical separation. The combination of my industry expertise, commitment to learner growth, and adaptive facilitation produces enriching experiences where students build lifelong leadership skills.
