Every child is unique, I tailor my tutoring methods to individual student's needs and the techniques that work for them.

More than teaching, a good tutor doesn't only follow a structure but should be able to adapt to change their teaching methods to suit the student. I believe in finding the right learning method (visual, auditory, reading, social etc). I would listen to what the student struggles with and use different techniques to see which one fits them and to make sure they understand at the beginning of each lesson I will give them a few questions and let them attempt it before I go through it with them.
