My background includes a certificate in Personal & Weight Training (EQF L4) from AF Studies Fitness Academy, as well as my ongoing studies at the University of Athens in Physical Education & Sports Science. Through my online coaching experience, I have refined my ability to provide clear guidance and maintain a strong connection with clients, regardless of location.
