I've been playing basketball for 30+yrs, I played for my high school and college team. For the last 15yrs I've managed an Essex County Club, consisting of 3 teams (soon to be 4) across 5v5 and 3x3 formats. I've had stints of Coach and Assistant Coach during my tenure, and I also play for Team GB 40+ Masters team.
Regarding my coaching style, I'm considered more of a defensive coordinator, both on-off the court, tending to lead with defensive tactics and then blend offensive items in when required.
