Ultimately my role is to unlock the potential which is already within anyone and disregard any feelings of self doubt and allow this new mindset to develop giving my student the freedom to take control of their life and ultimately succeed in everything they do. Becoming comfortable with failure is key and I actively encourage my students to reach further than what they think are their capabilities and what is learnt in that experience is invaluable. My own life experience has now afforded me the comfortability to be the role model I desperately sought as a child, teenager and young adult.
