I am a private personal trainer with over 6, teaching via zoom or face to face, helping people begin their fitness journey the right way, simplifying both exercises and nutrition to get you started the right way. The foundation is always body weight as there is so much to do without any equipment, but am also including resistance training on a later stage when more stimulus is required. I am based in Wolverhampton , but work at Stafford Leisure Centre, also doing bootcamp. Wheter it is well being, looking better or strength and performance I can help you
