I have a 200 hour Holistic Yoga Teacher Training Qualification and I currently teach in-person yoga and meditation classes in Cornwall. I also offer 1 to 1 and group yoga classes online through Zoom.
My classes include Hatha Yoga, where the breath is combined with movement to move the energy in the body and clear the mind, and Yin Yoga where physical yoga postures are held for longer periods of time so the body and mind can release tension. As well as physical yoga sequences I also teach breath work and meditation and each of my Yoga classes usually includes a guided meditation before the end of class.
