Life Coach looking to Motivate and Inspire You!

Hi! My name is Arliah, I’m a life coach and owner of a Reiki & Holistic Healing business that I run within Southampton, Uk. Originally from Australia, I emigrated to the Uk over 9 years ago. I left VCE (the equivalent to college in the Uk) and studied a Diploma of Beauty therapy at 19, I then worked within a day spa in a small town in Australia, I had no idea at the time that I would end up living and working in the Uk at 22! I worked part time at a skin clinic and was one of the directors of a health food store from 25. I acquired many skills through working within small businesses, Eventually I wanted to try a new challenge and got a job as a vegan chef and was involved in the opening of a restaurant. Then eventually I wanted to do more of what I loved and tied everything together that I learned and set up my own small business in the Center of Southampton, where I offer many beauty and Holistic healing treatments & Coaching. For me, I realised eventually everything eventually came together! It led me to find and do more of everything that I love. In my own time I study the mind, body, soul connection, quantum physics, philosophy, esoteric knowledge, natural living, plants, crystals, earth & spiritual history. I love music, I played the tenor saxophone in school, and I’m currently teaching myself the guitar, shamanic drumming, and sound healing. I offer coaching currently within my business, and aim to branch out into helping inspire students to reach their goals, and inspire others to create a life they love!
