Coaching Teenagers - Anxiety & Confidence - I teach the tools to manage & overcome anxiety, building confidence and growth

I have a wealth of experience in the performing arts and worked in Music theatre and the West End for seven years as a dancer, singer and actor. I worked in TV for 10 years in various series before having three children. I needed to be at home and help them overcome various challenges, anxieties and trauma. I studied with ITS and took their ‘ Mastering The Coach Approach Programme’. So although I have experience in teaching LAMDA singing and dance, I also call on my Coaching training (ICF, Time Line Therapy) and my NLP Master Practitioner toolkit to help others overcome anxiety and confidence issues. I very much enjoy working with teenagers and young people. I also have a vast experience in learning support at my local secondary school and hold a DBS certificate.
