I am a fully qualified Science teacher with more than 25 years’ experience of teaching all areas of Science (Chemistry, Physics and Biology) at Key Stage 3 and 4. I also have a huge experience of online tutoring, which has now become the most common practice. I have a great passion for teaching and helping young people to unlock every potential in them, which I find quite rewarding. Being a passionate, enthusiastic, and a patient teacher has helped me over the years to reach out and create rapport with my students I am deeply aware that students have different abilities, therefore, differentiation is always at the forefront when I plan my lessons. My goal is always to create fascinating lessons and resources that capture the interest of my students. I have excellent subject knowledge and my vast teaching experience has given me an immense understanding of the Science curriculum. Having been an examiner for AQA and Edexcel for the past ten years has been invaluable in my development. Consequently, this experience has gone a long way in developing not only my subject knowledge, but also offered me an opportunity of gaining a clear understanding of the assessment objectives.
