lm an enthusiastic person who has ADHD so feel I can support other people who have ADHD, finding there ideal way of managing it whilst learning
Advert description
Having lived with ADHD for 34 years, I feel i can be a massive support for other people looking to learn and live with ADHD. Although it can feel like quite a debilitating condition when it comes to actually learning, it can be easily managed through mindfulness and support from someone who knows what it’s like to struggle.
