I am a full time professional boxer having 3 years experience on the team gb squad for gb boxing. Travelled the world, learning and adapting to different styles and experiences in my sport. Also learning a lot about other things along the way such as nutrition, weight making, wellbeing for athletes, strength and conditioning and running knowledge etc. I have been able to use these skills coaching with people in the gym.
