I am a native English speaker who has previously taught English for 2 different Language Schools

I have always enjoyed learning and teaching English studying English Literature as an 'A' Level subject and also studying English as one module of my Bachelor of Arts Degree course. After completing my Degree, I furthered my interest in teaching English by completing a basic 40-hour online TEFL(Teaching English as a Foreign Language) I-to-I course. I used this qualification to secure work as a TEFL teacher to French schoolchildren at a summer language school for 2 weeks in July 2009 and also for a week in October 2009. In the summer of 2011, I also taught English to international students for a week for a different language school. It would be fair to describe the material that I was teaching to these students as conversational English or every-day, useful English that would appeal to schoolchildren who were away from home and who viewed their lessons as an extension to their holiday. Having spoken English fluently for more than forty years, I am quite flexible in how I can present English teaching to a student and would go out of my way to accommodate somebody's learning styles or whatever their personal preferences are, with regards to learning English.
