Mathematics tutor with over 8 years experience (5000+ hrs) available to help with GCSEs, A-levels, IB, and Undergraduate courses

Advert description

I have been tutoring mathematics since 2016, aiming to help students to not only ace their exams, but to also understand and appreciate the material they learn, and most seem to fear! My qualifications include GCSEs (2014), A-Levels in Bussiness Studies, Maths, and Further Maths (2016), Integrated Masters degree in Mathematics (MMath, 2020), and a PhD in Applied Mathematics (2024). Having taught students from the levels of GCSE, A-Level, IB, Undergraduate mathematics degrees, I have a wide and very varied experience of communicating mathematics in a clear and concise manner.

Nerijus has helped to raise my grade from a 3 to a 6 in Maths AAHL in the IB diploma program. His competence and ability to explain clearly all the topics which had to be reviewed has helped me to understand maths and be able to solve with an effective method any problem I faced. I really appreciate the way he changed my way of viewing maths: at the start of my tuition experience I did not like maths and struggled to focus, yet, at the end of it, I actually enjoyed solving maths problems and exercises. Thank you Nerijus!
