experienced Japanese tutor, live in UK around 25 years

Excellent. She really cares about the Japanese language and is proud to share it with her students. It really didn't take me long to be able to read and write sentences in 2 of the 3 Japanese languages under her tutelage.

I've known Suzuko for many years, initially as her host mother when she studied at the Wimbledon School of English on her arrival in the United Kingdom. She is courteous, helpful and patient. Her language use is impeccable and her communication skills are excellent. She has many years experience teaching Japanese and several happy and grateful students to show for it. She has always had a feel for her native language that students respond well to.

Suzuko is kind, patient, trustworthy and intelligent. She wants the best for the people she teaches. She is very hardworking and committed. In addition, she has decades of experience working with British people of many different ages and abilities and in diverse settings, which has amplified her teaching skills.

I wholeheartedly recommend Suzuko as an exceptional Japanese tutor. Her teaching style is engaging, making the learning process enjoyable and effective. Suzuko's deep understanding of language and culture, coupled with her proficiency in English, creates a comprehensive learning experience. Beyond language instruction, Suzuko's support in paperwork and cultural adaptation was invaluable in my move to Japan. Her friendly demeanor and approachability make her a standout tutor. I'm grateful for the seamless transition and increased language proficiency under her guidance. Suzuko is an asset to any language learning journey!

Suzuko is an excellent tutor and I would highly recommend her. Her lessons are well planned and adapted to your skill level and what you want to focus on. She's also a friendly, fun person and is reliable in terms of scheduling. I wanted to learn conversational Japanese and basic reading skills to make me feel confident in travelling around Japan and Suzuko helped me achieve that.
