I am a current Life Coach and Counsellor

I have done a 4 year counselling degree and 1 year life coaching diploma and particularly work well with young people and University students. I currently work part time with trauma clients for the YouTrust having finished counselling at a school in Southampton. I also life coach online for my private practice but wishing to work with university students. I am good at what I do, and I use a range of counselling/life coaching skills and tool as well as a holistic/physical approach where I am also certified in yoga, nutrition and personal trainer so I can really cover all areas of the clients life. I will listen to you and ask questions that let you identify your goals and the potential challenges. I will provide you with tools to discover your inner strengths so you can overcome the obstacles on your way and achieve your goals. Many people look out for life coaches for guidance in navigating a significant life change, such as taking on a new career, but in plenty of cases people turn to life coaches simply for help in building a happier, more meaningful life. I am also trained in mental health awareness and I am able to use specific CBT or Gestalt counselling skills to guide you in sessions and I adhere to ethical codes with the BACP.
