I have helped children and adults train to better their times in sport, rehabilitation of injuries as well as help people prepare for posing competitions. I understand the human anatomy since I was supposed to be in a wheelchair at the age of 18, today I am walking proof of how when you understand the human body you can support your skeletal structure. I have a strong work ethic and a dedication to help people reach their goals.
