Self Development Tutor to all students

Throughout my years in education, I was taught about revision strategies and how to fix problems in my lessons and homework. However, no one ever taught me how to manage my stress, and anxiety or teach me how to ensure I maintain my self-development. We all talk about mental health and the importance of this, but there is a gap in today`s education on how we can tackle this. My name is Jags and I am an Agile Delivery Manager working in Technology who graduated in BSc Business and Management with a First Classification. I want to help others ensure they don`t forget about their self-development in the process of gaining a successful education just like my younger self needed. My sessions are tailored to your areas of work that need a deeper course of understanding to ensure you get the most out of these sessions! :)
