I am an experienced and highly educated yoga instructor and life coach. Clients can choose from a range of disciplines such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Raja, and Restorative Yoga. I specialise in yoga for voice and body and additionally work with kundalini kriya, mantra, breathwork and meditation techniques. I am also able to work as a Life Coach offering a wide range of complimentary therapies such as energy work, EFT, QiGung and tapping techniques.
