Primary English/Maths/EAL Tutor

My name is Agnieszka. I am a qualified Primary and Secondary School Teacher with an EAL, SEN/SEMH and Montessori training. I am originally from Poland where I completed my Bachelor Degree in teaching followed by a Masters Degree in Applied Linguistics at University of Wroclaw. After working for several years as a TEFL Teacher, I moved to Ireland where I completed my Montessori qualifications and worked in a Montessori Teacher in Montessori schools. After 6 years spent in Dublin, I moved to London, where I received my QTS and started working within a british educational system. I have worked in both mainstream and independent sector, gaining experience in KS1 and KS2, finally switching to SEN/SEMH schools, first primary and, currently, secondary. Through my educational journey, I have always stayed passionate and uncompromisingly committed to deliver high quality education and to promote students' holistic development and wellbeing. I believe that each child can achieve their full potential if approached individually, with an open mind, full attention and care. Working with children on 121 basis or in small groups made me realise how much more can be achieved and it helped me see to tutoring as a fantastic opportunity to provide tailored, personalised and effective education.
