My sessions are centred around personal, emotional and mindset development for young people wanting to achieve unshak reslience.

As a result of many years within the Criminal Justice System and now Social Housing where i work with perpetrators and victims of Antisocial Behaviour, I have developed a vast catalogue of conflict resolution and descalation tools. Descalation is almost always achieved through 'positive replacement'. Once an honest, realistic and calm view of any situation is established, most negative and/or highened situations can be resolved positively. It is evident that in today's society, young people benefit when the development of self awareness, coupled with the ability to positively self regulate is introduced in early life. My initial session focuses on current circumstances, aspirations and perceived obstacles. Followed by personality and characteristics analysis which will increase the learners understanding of their natural and unique strengths and weaknesses. Following sessions are centred around using the identified positive foundational building blocks to successfully navigate life.
