Advert description
I identify the needs of the learner, then I develop materials to meet those learners needs, finding a good balance between teacher talking time and student talking time. Depending on the needs of the learner, I can produce a structered work booklet to follow, but I will also encourage lots of exposure to the language/subject using a variety of tools such as presentations, story telling, work-sheets, gap-fill exercises, film and realia.
